1. Custom work
A selection of items is available for custom. 90% of my product line is made from recycled, deadstock, or upcycled content, but I love to make dreams come true! I will order new felt cones, capelines for larger hats, or other necessities when available. Of course, it will take extra time. I do not order anything with beaver hair. Contact me to discuss color, design details, and time, via email or text. There is an extra fee for anything custom.
2. Shipping
Shipping costs and services can be chosen at checkout. If you use Auto-fill for your address, double-check it is correct and make sure your apartment number is entered. You will receive a Tracking Number by email once your order has shipped out!
Most items ship within 1 week of purchase. Custom is TBD (depending on workload and material). Please contact. Wholesale/fashion shows/shows can take up to 4-6 months. Shipping charges are averages based on weight and may be subject to change after purchase. Domestic and International are available. The customer is responsible for all import duty fees.
3. Return/Refund
There are no returns or refunds available. My work is one of a kind, but if something is wrong contact me within 24 hrs.
4. Liability
The customer is responsible for the items after shipment. Hats depending on the material can be delicate. Make sure you read the materials and understand the experience of the piece. Some items may be subject to change over time. If something breaks, is lost, or needs to be fixed, I may or may not be available depending on what materials I am working with, or what projects I am immersed in. If I can repair or replace a piece, you will be responsible for the cost + shipping.
5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives if available.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, and images on the website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.
8. Care for your hats
All items are handmade and unique. Felt should not get soaking wet. If the hat gets wet do not try to put it in a dryer, or to super-speed the drying process, or put your hat near a heater or a fan. Let it hair dry. Make sure the shape stays the same, and let it dry in a well-ventilated space. Make sure it maintains its shape.
You can brush your hat with a soft hat brush, a soft toothbrush will do, slowly ;) but make sure the brush is clean first. No shoe brush 😳
Store your fedora for the summer on its brim and not crammed next to any other item that would deform the brim, or the crown in a cool well-ventilated space. Do not store if damped.
